Disclosure: We are an independent site. We did not create TedsWoodworking, we do not own it and we are not the seller. It is sold through ClickBank, an online retailer. Links to it on this page are affiliate links: if you buy through one, Costa Launch LLC may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
TedsWoodworking (often searched as "Teds Woodworking") is a paid library of woodworking plans sold as a digital download. If you are thinking about it, you probably want three answers: what is actually inside, what it costs once you count the extras, and what happens if it is not for you. This page answers those questions as plainly as we can.
How we wrote this review: it is based on the seller's public sales page, the seller's affiliate pages and ClickBank's own policies, all checked on October 10, 2026. We have not been given member access, so we do not rate individual plans. Where something is the seller's claim, we say so. Prices and terms can change, so check the current page before you buy.

What is inside, according to the seller
The sales page describes the following. These are the seller's descriptions and numbers, not results we measured:
- About 16,000 plans across categories such as furniture, outdoor projects, storage, toys and small crafts. The seller says each plan includes step by step instructions, drawings, a cutting list and a materials list.
- A members area that the seller says can be searched by keyword and filtered by category and difficulty.
- New plans every month at no extra cost, and the option to request a custom plan, according to the sales page.
- Bonuses listed with the main purchase: a DWG/CAD plan viewer program, a library of woodworking videos, a business guide and a long written woodworking guide.
- Delivery: instant download, with an option to get physical copies shipped on USB or DVD. Check at checkout whether shipping costs extra.
We cannot confirm the plan count, how the plans were made or tested, or the background the sales page gives for its author. Treat those as marketing claims and judge the plans for yourself during the refund window.
Price, as listed
On October 10, 2026 the sales page listed $67 as a one time payment. The same page says new members are being moved to $39 per month and that the one time option may end. The page shows a short deadline for the $67 price, but that deadline is worked out from the day you visit, so do not let it rush you. If the price you see is different, the seller's current page is what counts.
Optional add-ons. After the main purchase, the seller's funnel offers extra products. On October 10, 2026, the seller's affiliate page listed add-ons at $49, $39.95 and $39.97, a $27 lower priced option and a $27 per month recurring offer. You do not need any of them to get the main library. Read each screen before you click yes.

Refund policy, as stated by the seller
The sales page promises a 60 day money back guarantee: if you are not happy within 60 days, the seller says to email them for a full refund. Orders are processed by ClickBank, and ClickBank customer support (clkbank.com) also handles refund requests for its products. Keep your order confirmation email, and if you plan to test the library, put a reminder in your calendar a week before day 60.
Pros
- One low payment for a big reference library, at the one time price listed on October 10, 2026.
- Searchable in one place. If you spend hours hunting for plans on forums and image sites, a single library can save time.
- Cut lists and materials lists are part of each plan, according to the seller, which is what most beginners need to shop for lumber.
- 60 day refund window stated by the seller, with ClickBank as the retailer.
- Download or physical copy, for people who prefer to work from paper in the shop.
Cons
- The big claims are hard to check. The plan count, the testing process and the author's credentials come from the sales page only.
- Quality will vary. In any library this size some plans are clearer than others. Some buyers describe parts of the collection as older or scanned.
- Pressure on the sales page. The countdown style deadline and the talk of the one time price closing are there to make you act fast.
- Add-ons and a recurring offer appear after checkout. They are optional, but easy to accept by accident.
- More plans is not more skill. A beginner usually needs a few well explained projects more than thousands of choices.
Who it suits
- Hobbyists who already have basic tools and want a large set of ideas and plans in one place.
- People who build many different small projects (gifts, garden pieces, storage) and like browsing by category.
- Readers who are comfortable checking a cut list and adjusting a plan to their own boards.
Who should skip it
- Complete beginners who have not built anything yet. Start with free plans such as our free 10 project PDF and our weekend projects under $50.
- Anyone who wants video lessons with a teacher who answers questions. This is mainly a plan library.
- Anyone on a tight budget who might accept the add-ons without meaning to.
- Experienced makers who mostly design their own pieces in CAD.
Our take
TedsWoodworking can make sense as a big, inexpensive reference library if you like having lots of plans to browse and you are willing to check each one before you cut. It is not a course, and the sales page leans on urgency and claims we cannot verify. If you buy, use the 60 day window to try two or three plans that match your tools, check their cut lists with our guide on how to make a cut list, and ask for a refund within the window if the plans do not work for you.

FAQ
Is TedsWoodworking a subscription?
On October 10, 2026 the sales page offered a one time payment of $67 for lifetime access and said there are no monthly fees at that price. The seller also says it is moving new members to a $39 per month membership, and one of the optional add-ons after checkout is a $27 per month offer. Read the order page carefully so you only pay for what you choose.
Who do I contact for a refund?
The seller states a 60 day money back guarantee. Because ClickBank processes the order, you can also request a refund through ClickBank customer support at clkbank.com, using the details in your order confirmation email. We cannot issue refunds because we do not sell the product.
Do I need a big shop or expensive tools?
The seller says most plans need a table saw, a drill, clamps and a sander. Many simple projects can be built with a circular saw or miter saw instead of a table saw. Our beginner tool list explains what to buy first.
Are the plans good for beginners?
The seller says plans can be sorted by difficulty. A library this large will not be uniform, so start with small, clearly drawn projects and check each cut list against your actual boards. Our guide on how to read woodworking plans helps with that.
Is there a free alternative?
Yes. Our free PDF has ten beginner projects with cut lists, and good free plans are published by tool and lumber companies and by long running hobby sites. A paid library mainly saves you search time.
